General settings

General parameters settings.


Logger identification

Type
Information about type of the connected device.

Serial number
Information about serial number of the connected device.

Firmware
Information about firmware version.

Menu version
Information about version of the menu in the device terminal.

Logger location
User's description of the logger location (e.g. Car#1).

Header text
User's description of the header, that is printed (e.g. company name).


Record

Interval
Loggin interval define how offen are records stored to the device memory. Use values from the list.

Temperature unit
Unit of the temperature measured channels.

Logging mode
Device can logging data in the one of the following modes:

  • Interval (default): Current measured value is recorded at the moment of logging interval.
  • Average: It's recorded avarage value of the values that are measured during adjusted logging interval. Values are measured in fixed interval of 5 second.
  • Min-Max-Average: The same as Average option with Min and Max values included. Attention, Min-Max values are not available in the printout on the built-in printer.

Status

Date and time
Information about date and time in the device. It's possible change it by pressing button Set date and time.

Memory used
Information about memory occupation.

Port
Information about current used port in the computer for communication with connected device.


Logged channels

List of the channels. It's possible switch on/off selected channel.


Indication

Alarm audio
Enable/disable internal sound signalization of the alarm.


Security

Protect setting by password
Configuration changes writing and memory erasing is possible protect by password. After you activate this option, new password will be required and this password will be written to the device. Password will be required before each attempt of configuration changes or memory erasing. Attention! If you forgot the password, security reset is possible made only in the authorized service center (seller or producer).
