Information
Channel number
Information about current channel number.
Parameters settings
Description
Channel description (name).
Input type settings
External temperature probe. This options is available only for
dataloggers with external temperature probe. Use Pt1000/3850 or
Ni1000/6180.
Unit
Physical unit of the measured value (max. 4 characters).
Channel recorded
Switch on/off recording of the selected channel. Measurement is
still working until you switch off the device.
Alarm ON
Switch on/off alarm evaluation on the selected channel.
Alarm limit Lo
Write lower limit for alarm evaluation. Whenever measured value
decreases under this limit, alarm is activated (alarm must be
enabled).
Alarm limit Hi
Write upper limit for alarm evaluation. Whenever measured value
exceedes over this limit, alarm is activated (alarm must be
enabled).
Additional parameters settings
According to datalogger type and/or input type is possible use
additional settings.
Dataloggers with counter input
Show increments
Increments are shown instead counter number.
Enable counter overflow
If the memory is full, counter starts rate from the beginning.
Resolution
Counter bit range.
Reset counter
Set up default value of the record (zero value).
Dataloggers with binary input
Level for logger start
Position settings for the logger switching on by external
signal.
Dataloggers with external temperature

Cable length correction
Cabel length has effect on accuracy of measurement for
dataloggers with external probe (line wire resistance implicate
additive error). It is possible to apply correction of measurement
values according to demand occuracy of measurement. Attention! Wrong correction can evaluate poor accuracy
of measurement.
Enable cabel length correction by option Use correction and set correction parameters. You
may use correction by line wire resistance (option Cable resistance) or by cabel length (option
Recalculate by cabel length - you may
find more information in the technical manual of the temperature
probe).
Dataloggers with voltage and current
input
Decimal point position
Number of displayed decimals on the datalogger screen and the
record output.
Recalculation
Measured input signal values for voltage and current input channels
(e.g. 4-20mA or 0-1V) can be recalculated to desired output value
(pressure etc.). Transformation can be linear only and it is
defined in two points (best in the beginning and in the end of the
range).
